This years sees a prize fund of £500 which will be awarded to the top 3 male and female athletes who compete in all 3 events.

Run
The Winter Trail series is a ideal opportunity for a good winter race target. Situated at Mallards pike, the run takes you on a circuit around the forest. The first half of the lap has a gradual climb to it. Once halfway around the loop the course decends back down to the lake.
Athletes have the opportunity to to compete over 5.4km, 10.4km or the 15.4km distances. This equates to 1, 2 or 3 laps of the course.
At the end of each event points are awarded. The longer the distance the more points available.
