The first race of the 2007 Royal Forest of Dean Race series sees us at Whitecross Leisure Centre in Lydney. We look forward to welcoming you to this lovely part of the country.
Swim
Swimming in a lovely pool which is only a few years old you will then enjoy a bike ride which will not only test your biking abilities but also provide some stunning scenery.
Run
The run course is flat and will provide some competitive times for the fast guys and girls and some rest for those who are taking part for the fun. Lydney Triathlon will also play host to the Gloucestershire County Championships.
