Welcome to Monmouth Tri Club. Based in the beautiful Wye Valley, monmouth tri club welcomes members of all abilitis. We are a small club and aim to race hard but also to enjoy ourselves. Based at Monmouth school sports complex we hold regular training sessions through out the week.

Jane Sambrooks swim coaching sessions are changing form Monday nights to Thursday nights with effect from 2nd November.

Drinks with Sarah and Gareth

As you may be aware, Gareth and Sarah are heading across to dingo land for almost a year. As a send off they have asked if any of the club members want to meet them for a drink after training on the 30th. We wish them a good time and look forwards to their return next year.
